The introduction to any great show is the overture. Therefore, The Crystal Dining Room Restaurant has orchestrated a menu that will have your taste buds jumping up for a standing ovation while allowing you to still make the start of your Eureka Springs evening's chosen performance. So in advance of the curtain going up… sit down and celebrate the symphony of savory selections set before the two of you. Bon Appetit!
The Overture Menu comes with: A basket of warm rolls and butter, bread dipping tray and your choice of coffee, iced tea, or soft drink.

Pork loin wrapped with bacon and then grilled to juicy perfection. Served with baked potato and vegetable

Presented with a honey and soy sauce glaze. Served with baked potato and vegetable

Tender breaded chicken breast served over a bed of fresh pasta, topped with Marinara sauce, Mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese
